The beachfront villa was spacious and had a private pool. The staff were friendly and attentive and always available through the phone or walkie-talkie. The location was convenient for relaxing on a holiday and the price was reasonable. The spa was a must-try and the food was good and affordable.
The food lacked diversity and there were not enough options for non-Vietnamese cuisines. Breakfast was repetitive and the daily menu did not have enough variety. The chicken served had bones only and the F&B staff had unprofessional behavior. The waves on the beach were too big and the beach itself was not under the hotel's control.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis that provides exclusive amenities. the service is exceptional, and the spa and wellness center is a must-try. the swimming pool, sun terrace, and garden area are beautifully maintained and offer a serene environment perfect for relaxation. the beach access is convenient, and the saltwater pool provides a unique experience.
the leisure/TV room and karaoke room were not available at the time, and the beachfront did not have beach umbrellas or picnic tables.

We had an amazing experience with the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the private BBQ we had was fantastic. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the spa was especially relaxing. Transport was convenient and the location had a great ocean view.

The location is surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for relaxation. the bathroom amenities in the room are of high quality. the staff at check-in are friendly and willing to assist. Breakfast was delicious and affordable, although it lacked diversity. the private BBQ at the beach front villa was an enjoyable experience, and the spa treatments are a must try.
The staff's limited English proficiency made communication difficult.

The room was spacious and had its own small swimming pool for a refreshing dip in the privacy of your quarters. The location was convenient, with great views of the ocean and a beautiful beach. the friendly staff were always available to assist with any requests.
The food options were limited and repetitive. The staff's English was not strong, which resulted in communication issues and misunderstandings.
